While Heritage Pointe of Teaneck insures the buildings and grounds, residents will need to obtain a renter’s insurance policy to cover personal property and liability.
At Heritage Pointe of Teaneck, you’ll have the freedom to live every day as you like, because we free you completely from the worries and responsibilities of maintaining your own home. You can count on us to take care of all interior and exterior maintenance, lawn care, landscaping and snow removal.
Community residents will be encouraged to keep driving as long as they are able, and a paved parking lot is provided.
Well behaved pets may live at Heritage Pointe. The sales staff can help you choose an apartment where you and your pet will both be welcomed. The complete pet policy will be detailed in your Resident Handbook.
The monthly service fee entitles residents to daily breakfast and 20 dinners per month in the restaurant-style dining room. A continental breakfast buffet and traditional, table-service dinner are served daily, and feature a varied menu of tasty options including healthy choices. Additional resident meals and guest meals may be purchased for a fee.
