“Teaneck Trailblazers” explore nature

TheTeaneck Trailblazers,” the walking club formed by residents of Heritage Pointe of Teaneck, regularly hike the trails of the Teaneck Creek Conservatory, exploring hundreds of different plants and animals.  Resident Bill Rini leads each tour and, along with resident Gerry Wagner, focuses on three or four different species during each walk.

Located just yards behind Heritage Pointe – a full service retirement community -- the 46-acre Teaneck Creek Conservatory provides the perfect space for residents to explore nature. The non-profit conservatory is dedicated to the reclamation and protection of the environmental, cultural, and historical legacy of the Teaneck Creek watershed.
